Da hast du sicher recht. So auf die Schnelle und Zwischendurch ist das halt doch nicht erledigt.
Habe jetzt auch ein bisschen Zeit gebraucht, bis ich weitermachen konnte. Aber Danke für Deine Hilfe!
Das Ursprungsimage nicht. Das kam aus einem alten Win-Uefi-Versuch, bei dem damals
die Clients das Image nicht gestartet haben, sondern nur der Rechner von dem das Image erstellt wurde.
Sind damals auf wieder auf Legacy-BIOS umgestiegen und haben das Image nicht weiter beachtet.
Ich habe aber dann einfach mal zum Spaß dieses Image ausprobiert und seltsamerweise lief es nun
auf einer anderen Hardware.
Zunächst habe ich Windows-Updates durchgeführt (1703 auf 1809).
Dann hochgeladen und dann auf einem frisch partitonierten Client versucht auszurollen.
Das denke ich nicht, denn die Tablets kennen (so wie ich das verstehe) nur UEFI. Jedenfalls gibts da keinen Schalter, der etwas anderes ermöglicht. Die Einstellungsmöglichkeiten sind ziemlich begrenzt in dem BIOS.
Also habe ich noch einmal von vorne angefangen, anstatt das Kuddelmuddel zu entwirren und bin streng nach Anleitung vorgegangen.
Und siehe da mit Ruhe und Verstand kommt auch die Lösung:
Das neu erstellte Image vom Server startet nun via Grün.
Es lässt sich auch auf andere Geräte ausrollen
Aber, und damit wäre ich wieder beim Thema dieses Threads:
Weder Linbo noch das Betriebssystem starten lokal. Es gibt auch keinen blauen
Bildschirm. Das Gerät findet auf der Platte nichts, womit es etwas anfangen kann.
Ein mehrfacher Versuch mittels eines WIN-Bootsticks die Startreparatur durchzuführen ändert nichts.
Der Computer startet linbo nur aus dem Netz. Das taugt für den Einsatz als Tablet/Convertible im Unterrichtsalltag natürlich nicht.
